Pros

Truly family-owned and operated culture; people know your name and have your back. I’ve always been treated with dignity and respect. Real opportunities for advancement—over the years I’ve had multiple chances to grow into new roles. Supportive leadership and coworkers; teamwork is a big part of daily life. A customer-first mindset that makes you proud of the work.

Cons

Peak seasons can be fast-paced, and communication between locations can occasionally lag—continued investment in tools/processes helps.

Pros

Pay for me is OK others not making as much. Good for people with pensions

Cons

Get what you can and move along. Not a place to work long term. No raises so negotiate pay before starting. No loyalty at all for employees.

Pros

Family feel, Team environment, Strongly stands by Core Values

Cons

Imbalance between sales and other organization operations. Needs to expand internal staff and process structure to support external employee and business growth.
