La Mesa RV reviews

I have had the pleasure of working for La Mesa RV for over 14 years. This company has the outlook of taking care of it's employees and in turn the employees will take care of our customers and our customers will keep coming back. I have had multiple opportunities for advancement and always been treated with the highest level of respect from management. I love the fact that you do not have to have a piece of paper on the wall with a degree to have the opportunity to advance, instead it is based on your individual work ethic and being an overall team player. There is absolutely no other place I would rather work than La Mesa RV and I would definitely recommend to anyone who cares to listen. The other item I would like to point out is we are a company who is not afraid of change, we will always try to push the envelope to be the best and at times if it does not work we are willing to try something else.

This is a very Family oriented business which focuses on not only the customer as family, but the employees as well. I have been here 5 years this month and it is the best company I have ever worked for. They have very strong Core values and it is all about: Fun...Attitude...Make their day... Integrity...Listen...qualitY.
