      Pros

      Professional Great benefits Takes good care of employees. Small corporate setting with opportunities for growth and professional development. Corporate is very helpful and provides good resources for employees.

      Cons

      Same challenges you would face at other companies, but at least La Perla ensures it's employees are always put first and are covered.

      Awful experience

      Pros

      Decent pay per hour + commission and relatively good employee discounts.

      Cons

      Simply put, the company doesn’t care about the sales associates, whatsoever. The same rules that they expect you to follow are the ones the management breaks themselves in ongoing basis. The management is externally over powered and tyrannical. Dictatorship at its best. As soon as you open your mouth and complain about anything, rest assured, you’ll become their next target. And yes, they will plot a way to fire you and make you feel guilty about it. As far as the HR office goes: it’s a joke. Don’t fool yourself, the company cares ONLY about the management.

      worst company i have ever worked for, stupid rules and awful uniform, high turnover, contract unclear and there isnt anyone who could explain it to you, only care about making money
