Pros

They care about the families and the staff. The curriculum is great for all ages! We now have iPads in all the classes to keep parents updated-and now we even have cameras. They Help with cost of continuing your education.

Cons

Schedules can fluctuate. Benefit costs seem high. Pay is sometimes lower.

Lunch provided. CDA paid for plus tuition reimbursement. Understanding of life and providing solutions Percentage off of childcare. Curriculum is fun and appropriate for children with availability to add own teaching experiences.

Cons

Pay is low but average to other centers. Getting more updates to the center almost non existent in some centers. Supplies can be hard to receive at times.
