Pros

Love working with the children and meeting new families. Great training provided, benefits are good, and no weekend work.

Cons

The pay is not that great. And we don't get a raise every year.

My director was the nicest person and so was the assistant director. One of the head teachers took me under her wing and gave me so much confidence. The teachers all worked together and made that place a lot of fun.

Cons

Wish the pay was greater, but for the time it was pretty good.

This Company has really striving to be the best. Under new management the environment is wonderful and everyone is working as a team to become the best educational environment for the children in the community.

Cons

I have been with the company a short amount of time and have not seen any negitive thus far.
