La Petite Academy tries to get as much out of employees as they possibly can while paying close to minimum wage as they possibly can. They look good on their advertisements, but what goes on in reality on the inside is far from what they claim in those beautifully produced brochures.

The kids are great. Friendship between teachers. Time off when needed.

Cons

Lack of respect for employees. The management has sucked all joy from the staff. Pay is way below poverty level. No raise or review in 3 years. Poor communication between management and staff.
