new upper manger not nice with nothing nice say to anyone favorite centers in better location get all the help, others are treated like a redheaded step child!

Pros

The idea that the company is helping children learn. The potential for children to learn due to the education programs' designs, but I am not sure that the programs were implemented well.

Cons

Many people who were in the Academy Director, Assistant Director and District Manager jobs were highly unqualified for those jobs.

Cons

Salary and bonus is to low some upper management not educated enough to handle employees that they supervise need to put more money into the program
