Good hours, small sales force

Cons

Incompetence at managment level. Deliveries slopppy and lots of customer complaints about service, delivery and condition of furniture, and time for special orders.

Minimal micro-management, limited interference from upper management, job duties are defined, tools to complete work assignments are provided. Free Coffee.

Cons

career advancement does not exist, training is minimal if at all, salaries are below market, communication is poor, being mediocre is acceptable.

Have to work weekends and evenings. Might not be a problem for some but if you have kids, having to work until 8 at night makes it difficult.
