Pros
Not expected to work more than 40hr/week. Pleasant coworkers.
Cons
Pay and benefits are mediocre at best while stock prices are over $2,500/share (technically an "employee owned" company, but your average employee can't afford to buy in - makes the incessant harping on utilization and profitability extra insulting...especially when annual raises are less than inflation). Limited to no WFH depending on the department. No sick days, you have to use what little PTO is given (PTO also doesn't roll over to the next year).
