      Pros

      Opporrunity to work with talented team members.

      Cons

      Lab49 either lost projects or completed the contracts, and is deparate for new work. Giving unrealistic expectaions to customers and trying to meet them in short time. That is driving the employees to work long stressful hours without any support from management and clients. No one has time to work together, team work is a big joke in Lab49.

      Pros

      Programers can get exposure to new programs and processes. Mostly from co-workers.

      Cons

      Proper management is missing, assignments are handed out and you are left to figure out what is needed and if you seek advise on an issue from the management you are ignored. High demands on performance without needed support in personnel or support.

      Pros

      Lab used to be a really great place to work, smart, talented people who worked hard in an inclusive friendly environment, but they have mostly left or have been pushed out by new management in recent years, there are some good people remaining.

      Cons

      Design and Product teams are ruled by manipulation, fear, and retribution. Consistently told to lie to clients. Since the former CEO left it is turning into an offshore company. Racist, sexist undertones from the parent company which is very disturbing to witness. Zero communication during COVID.
