Pros

Interview process was efficient, and Lab kept in contact with me nearly every day. My in office interviews were somewhat long, but varied in scope and efficient with respect to time.

Cons

Lab has a role structure that I was not familiar with, and thus each interviewer had to spend some time trying to explain how it works. Perhaps the first session could be an overview so there is less of a gap in vocabulary.

-Opportunities to take ownership of work. -Friendly and relaxed office and colleagues. -Great work-life balance. -Monthly social gatherings to unwind and boost office morale. -Great communication and regular feedback from managers. -Snacks and drinks are provided in the office daily. -Monthly office and company updates. -Opportunities for growth. -Mentor/mentee opportunities. -Training opportunities. -Benefits provided.

Cons

-Have not yet received a formal review and have been at the company for 6+ months. -Liaising with employees in other office locations can sometimes be tricky though is worked out where possible, this may mean early mornings or late nights though this is to be expected in a full-time position.

Fun and flexible work place. I love the flat management style where every one is a contributor. Opportunity to work with high caliber and interesting people. Welcoming culture!

Cons

Interview process was little too long, but every company has the right to set their standards and process.
