There are still a few good developers working there They do have an open mind regarding using some of the newer tech.

Cons

Management are aggressive and executives have serious egos. All the best developers have left the company Many of the projects are death march projects that attempt the impossible, and when things don't work out they are dishonest with their clients.

High calibre technologists Good team comradeship Nice office and good team socials

Cons

Highly egotistical management who foster a blame culture with little appreciated for the effort we put in to recover impossible projects. No career development with promotions delivered with favouritism over effectiveness. Role sold as highly technical, in reality it's web development with a drive towards using the latest shiny thing instead of doing the right thing for the customers. Only 20 days holiday is out of step with the competition.
