Pros

Company mission (help cure diseases), flexibility, low drama, staff with self-motivation, excellent healthcare plan, bus pass.

Cons

Upward mobility can be a challenge depending on your department, PTO is barely above the minimum required by the City of Seattle's PSST ordinance for combined sick and vacation time.

Flexible with schedules and work life balance, fun and supportive environment, great benefits, dynamic environment, interesting industry and wonderful people!

Cons

Travelling from east of Seattle makes for a long commute, and along the same lines, the location is undesirable for someone living on the east side. Parking is expensive and limited.
