Pros

LabKey has an excellent corporate culture that is very positive, collaborative, respectful and supportive. Everyone embraces teamwork in a big way. It also has great flexibility, allowing a lot of remote working and time for the rest of life. And to top it off, the work is very meaningful and interesting, helping researchers fight cancer, HIV, Zika and many other medical issues. LabKey is also very well managed, with steady growth. I've been in the industry for a long time and this is far and away the best place I've worked.

Cons

For me there are no downsides.

Pros

Working at LabKey is a great balance of challenging and fulfilling. The enthusiasm of the team, their passion for what we do and their commitment to quality, is incredibly motivating and makes me want to do my very best to help our business grow. Leadership is accessible and transparent, employees work as a true team, and everyone treats each other with respect. Having come to LabKey from a large, slow moving and very bureaucratic environment, this organization is such a breath of fresh air.

Cons

The only element that may be a con for some, is that as a team member at LabKey you must wear many hats. You must be willing to take initiative and be a team player if you want to be successful.
