Pros

If you are hardworking, talented, and eager to grow your career in the LIMS domain, LabVantage is a great place to start or advance your journey. LabVantage is a powerful and widely used LIMS product, offering out-of-the-box (OOB) solutions across various industries. If you enjoy working with customers, understanding their requirements, and delivering meaningful solutions that make a real difference in society, this is a valuable opportunity. The company is growing quickly and keeping up with the latest technologies, including AI. This means there’s a strong focus on continuous learning, adapting to change, and staying ahead in the market. Yes, there are mixed reviews out there. But in my experience, if you have the drive to learn, deliver quality work, and support your team, LabVantage can be one of the best places to work. The learning curve may be steep at times, but it’s worth it. My advice: Keep learning, help your teammates, and stay committed to growth. It will benefit not just your company and customers, but also your own future. Great learning opportunities • Exposure to LIMS and real-world industry use cases • Fast-growing company with AI • Opportunity to interact directly with clients • Encourages professional growth

Cons

Can be challenging if you’re not open to continuous learning • Rapid growth may lead to some process changes

Pros

Lazy culture, lazy people will like to say that as "Work-life balance".

Cons

1. They promote/give awards not who actually work hard/ contribute, but who work bare minimum/manager's favourite. 2.Old tech stack and when suggested to implement new they ignore. You will not learn anything new here. 3.No growth opportunities , no learning opportunity. 4.Still lives in 18th century BC. I would highly recommend FRESHERS to not join this company because you will not learn anything here. 5.No transparency, diplomatic way of dealing things. 6.Some people who do the bare minimum have the most attitude.
