•Great people •Amazing Management and they have the greatest empathy •Flexible scheduling ( changed mine once due to school then life happened and I went back to my normal schedule) • great pay for non degree shift differential for 3rd and 2nd is great for the amount of work • lots of room to move up and succeed. LabCorp has IT MTL MLS and business etc.. that you can move up to or get a degree for - LabCorp is in many states if you want to move you can! Management here is so great that I don't think I want to go anywhere. They are so empathetic it's unbelievable I feel at home. - they give employees foods for holidays or randomly for regular days - employees here mind there business and get work done. No gossip or shenanigans - overtime pay incentives are amazing!!! During our strike we worked so hard and management made sure we were fed. Both physically and financially - great benefits and employee perks outside of healthcare - they pay for your school
