      A lot of flexibility in your day to day once you get settled in.

      Cons

      We work weekends in my department

      Pros

      There is always work. Coworkers who've been at labcorp for more 3 yrs are friendly. As a micro lab assistant you've have to be really detail oriented

      Cons

      Long hours, meaning you have to stay until you find every single specimen on your pending list. Little pay if you get hired through labcorp. Low staff all the time. New hires don't stay for long. Haven't learned anything other than identifying and processing the specimen and streaking. Work is repetitive. It's Boring.
