      Pros

      Combination of bringing assets to the table, and overcoming challenges makes this job satisfying. Ok raises every year. sometimes a bonus. 401K matching up to 5%. Decent vacation time, if workload allows. My good manager makes the job tolerable. Allowed people who could, to work from home during pandemic. Top leadership communicates with employees.

      Cons

      Company moves slow on new hires. Stingy on new computer equipment. Sometimes won't hire someone who is lost, and work gets spread around, limiting your available time off, increasing on-call days and and increasing your hours with no extra pay (salaried)
