      decent benefits (healthcare, 401k, pto). new leadership seems to be doing better at responding to the needs of employees than before.

      Cons

      understaffed, overworked, demanding clients. not all employees are competent, making it necessary for the top performers to cover for their coworkers' mistakes. historically, too much bureaucracy and red tape made it hard to get things done or make improvements to broken processes
