Pros

- Great pay and benefits. - Great office. - Some really kind and talented people not in management (a few decent directors). - A mentally stimulating work environment when you know what your lane is. - I learned so much during my time there and, when I had good managers, I was making huge strides and impact.

Cons

- CEO seems willing and eager to cull wherever possible. There is no job/psychological safety, regardless of your rank. - C-Suite is brutal/tone deaf overall. - No matter how talented you are and how exciting they make the job seem, if your job becomes obsolete, you're gone. I watched so many extremely talented folks leave and get let go during my time with the company. - Upper management treats AI training workforce like factory workers, and unfortunately their employees are treated that way as well. No human empathy. Even the HR team is stretched extremely thin because the ops team was seen as no longer needed. - Very male-forward. - Strong desire to return to office. - You must be willing to do whatever it takes to keep your job, even at the expense of others and yourself. - Constant iterations on SOPs. Coming around the same mountain over and over again partly because of high turnover.

Working on the cutting edge of AI, it's a fast paced environment for sharp people who can rise to the occasion. It's heading in the right direction, and you can really win big here. Frankly, it seems like this is the best time in the company's history for growth and culture.

Cons

There are growing pains and learnings. This isn't for everyone, the job is demanding
