Management left you alone if you did your job

The products are old and management is really out of touch, they expected a 20% increase in revenue during COVID to achieve quota. They recently went through another re-org (3rd in as many years) and it is a total dumpster fire. Many people are leaving or have left due to the blatant mis-management of the organization.

Plant leadership that was good was pushed out. Incoming was great at copy/pasting slideshows from old Gemba Academy courses, completely clueless to the floor. A couple engineers who were on people but hoarded info for job security. Lots of corporate guys came in and out with plans that couldn't be done effectively but could be presented to uppers and make believable with fudged numbers and by pointing to data that didn't actually reflect the negatives. A great example of a few lowers holding up a company while the uppers used it as an entry on their resume.
