It’s exciting to see the direction that the company is going in. Lots of interesting work, many opportunities for growth/development and great experience overall. Hard work is recognized by upper management. The best part of working here is the great people!

Cons

Growing pains associated with the company getting bigger. This is currently being addressed with new process improvements and facility expansions.
