Great hard-working employees. A company with amazing technology that will bring great options to patients and resources to medical providers.
Cons
My opinion is that the Chief Human Resources Officer lacks emotional intelligence and professionalism which models poor leadership capabilities that create a very dysfunctional and toxic work environment. Everyone deserves the opportunity to grow. The hope is that she will improve in emotional intelligence and invest in a healthier, more collaborative work environment for herself and others.
