Pros

The culture of the company is outstanding! I have been here for 6 years now and have had endless opportunities as well as advancements. When I first was hired and before I ever punched a time clock they gave me a week off. My first born child came a little earlier than expected and they allowed me the first week off to be with my wife and new born child.

Cons

I have not experienced really any cons of this company. I have the mindset that I came to this company for a job and they did not come to me. I do what is expected of me and stay out of drama.

Pros

It is a wonderful job! I have no issues with my employer or workers. Enjoy what I do and the hours are set.

Cons

I just got my bachelor's and Community Development and Communications and I am looking to upgrade and move into a new job or new position making quite a bit more money.
