Not much, to be honest. This is about Oshawa Distribution Centre

Cons

- unsupportive coordinator work team in yard office - Unfriendly and rude employees who go unchecked - Childish clique culture and employees in the yard office - discrimination of all types - Useless and incompetent management - Unable to problem solve - pay isn't great - Encouraged a no break and "eat and work at your desk" lunch culture. Without getting paid for it, which you legally have to be. You have the right to do what want on break - Mediocre training - Terrible warehouse management - Uses recruiters to hire employees - bad cell service and it's in the middle of nowhere
