ok benefits and some very nice people to work with. Company partial compensates for further education.

Cons

Very little opportunities to grow. HR does not listen to people. Preference is given to "number of years of experience" rather than to real potential. There is some favoritism present within the company.

Positive team atmosphere, not like other Corporate companies with a lot of politics and drama. New products roll out regularly with positive feedback. Management is supportive and I would recommend this company as a positive work environment.

There are no cons that I am aware of.
