No union. No cameras. No consequences for making mistakes when damaging stuff. Sometimes we have free bbq. Lots of overtime if the supervisors like you.

Cons

No sick days. Forklifts are really old. Racks are dirty and broken. 24-7 warehouse with just one cleaner in one shift. A lot of water on the floors during the summer from cooling units or any time it rains.
