good and strong company, not the best paid ever but still ok. good benefits plans and all that stuff process, Equipment, machines and projects exciting lot of money spend for improvements

operations are the most important things, so in support position sometimes it's difficult to be listened

ok benefits and some very nice people to work with. Company partial compensates for further education.

Cons

Very little opportunities to grow. HR does not listen to people. Preference is given to "number of years of experience" rather than to real potential. There is some favoritism present within the company.
