Whereas, management, gets to hide away in their offices because they don't actually know how any of the equipment works, and only come out onto the production floor to blame other people for their incompetancy. Also, expect to be stuck in the same title and pay because even if you pick up new skills, management will do everything they can to prevent promoting you, such as writing you up for something so little so you miss out on the annual bonus. As for help in resolving any work related issues or conflicts, you cannot trust the company's HR as they will do everything they can to protect management's wrongdoings.
