      Pros

      Many career opportunities, dynamic company, fast growing business, Health Insurance and life insurance. There is also bonus as bennefits, and cheaper products to employees. And a good environment to work on

      Cons

      Top management mostly occupied with French dorectors. Parking falcilities and office facilities are not adequated. There is no parking garage for all employees even to pay. Quite demanding work

      Flexible working for perm staff including flexi-days. Positive management team looking to engage better with employees and create a more dynamic culture. Really nice brands to work on and delicious products with a real focus on product quality.

      A little old fashioned in its systems and approaches. The dairy industry us very competitive and over capacity in some sectors leading to pressure on profitability. They need to invest more in their brands,
