Average french company but poor management and salary

- working atmosphere - respected FMCG company - number of holidays/year

Cons

- bad salary and bonus - no career opportunities - no clear task definition. Hence projects are messy - supposed to be international but works like a French SME - French speaking company - management in their ivory tower and do not respect employees nor customers leading to huge turnover (15% in 2017) - ways to improve disregarded by management
