Management is very accommodating about scheduling, as you can choose the hours that you’re available to work. Communication is excellent and supervisors are always available to offer support and feedback. They are always striving to improve and update the systems and the facility, which makes me feel like they truly care about this place and their employees. They encourage growth. The BCBAs are very hands on and you can tell that they do their best for the kids. The work culture is inclusive and doesn’t seem to be full of the high school drama I’ve experienced in other environments. They plan outings for the company and have little contests to keep things interesting also. They definitely go out of their way to make employees feel appreciated. Comprehensive benefits are available to full time employees. The clinic is large and has plenty of toys and activities to keep the kids engaged. It doesn’t feel crowded and you don’t have to fight for resources. Overall, it’s obvious that the owners do their best to support their employees and provide the best possible service for the children.
