We understand your concerns about pay and the rate for last-minute client cancellations. While we strive to offer competitive compensation and benefits, it's important to remember that when a client cancels, we are unable to bill for that session. This unfortunately limits our ability to pay full rate for cancellations in some cases.
However, we are always exploring ways to improve our policies and support our team's financial stability. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we review our compensation practices.
