I love our BCBAs. Our office manager is awesome. The staff is super cool. We have lots of great learning opportunities.

Cons

The pay is below average. When the kids call out last minute you don't get your full rate.

We understand your concerns about pay and the rate for last-minute client cancellations. While we strive to offer competitive compensation and benefits, it's important to remember that when a client cancels, we are unable to bill for that session. This unfortunately limits our ability to pay full rate for cancellations in some cases. However, we are always exploring ways to improve our policies and support our team's financial stability.
