I love our BCBAs. Our office manager is awesome. The staff is super cool. We have lots of great learning opportunities.

Cons

The pay is below average. When the kids call out last minute you don't get your full rate.

While we strive to offer competitive compensation and benefits, it's important to remember that when a client cancels, we are unable to bill for that session. This unfortunately limits our ability to pay full rate for cancellations in some cases. However, we are always exploring ways to improve our policies and support our team's financial stability. Pros

Management is very accommodating about scheduling, as you can choose the hours that you’re available to work. Communication is excellent and supervisors are always available to offer support and feedback. They are always striving to improve and update the systems and the facility, which makes me feel like they truly care about this place and their employees. They encourage growth. The BCBAs are very hands on and you can tell that they do their best for the kids. The work culture is inclusive and doesn’t seem to be full of the high school drama I’ve experienced in other environments. They plan outings for the company and have little contests to keep things interesting also. They definitely go out of their way to make employees feel appreciated. Comprehensive benefits are available to full time employees. The clinic is large and has plenty of toys and activities to keep the kids engaged. It doesn’t feel crowded and you don’t have to fight for resources. Overall, it’s obvious that the owners do their best to support their employees and provide the best possible service for the children.

Cons

The pay isn’t as high as some other companies. You don’t always get breaks in between clients, or at all.
