Cons

The role requires a high level of mental agility. Every child is different, and their needs can shift from one hour to the next, which can be draining if you aren’t prepared to pivot. It’s a fast-paced environment where you’re constantly "on," but you definitely find your rhythm as you get to know the clients better.
