Pros

Only pro is money at the end of day, if they have enough in the bank!!

Cons

So many... The whole structure of the system is broken! Most girls call in "sick" all of the time without punishment and still get to keep their job, while the girls that are always on time, work their butts off 40-50 hrs a week get little to no credit or raises! Your expendable, not valued, all corporate thinks about is how many bodies they have on the floor, not if the girls are making money or let alone happy! They don't care about you, if you have a family, if someone you care about died, if your sick....NOTHING!!!! This place is a joke, I will tell everybody I know when they asked me why I left! The advertisement is false as well!!

Pros

Leave with cash everyday is really the only pro

Cons

Forced to work open to close and on your days off you constantly get hassled to come in. They have you work as Independent contractors yet don't treat you as such which is very wrong and frustrating! There's a lot of shady and illegal things that go on with the company also. I worked there for 3 years and was one of the few who actually did what I was told and tried to be a good employee yet to get a raise with corporate was like pulling teeth. I only ever got offered a raise when I told them I wanted to quit then I would hear the "we want more employees like you" story and they would give me a raise. Which is sad you have to threaten to leave to get what you think you deserve. The feeling of corporate not giving a crap about their employees is real. They treat their main stores in Michigan way different than their other stores. Also all the theft I had to deal with in our shop was THE MOST frustrating thing ever! AND NOTHING WAS EVER DONE! You hire girls who have drug problems and then they steal from the rest of us and you don't do a damn thing .. corporate just twiddles their thumbs around like well we don't know what to do. I honestly could go on and on about how much I hated this place now that I work at a job I absolutely love and know what it feels like to have bosses and higher up care about their employees.

Pros

Your own hours Your own time scheduling with your own clients Possibility of travel

Cons

They rape you of your commission and you are capped at what you can make They want you to promote massages which is uncomfortable seeing as that isn’t what you are hired for If you don’t bother corporate over and over you won’t get anywhere (that includes complaints and raises) Managers and employees steal money They hire ANYONE DESPITE CRIMINAL AND DRUG BACKGROUNDS
