Where to begin... You will end up working with heroin addicts who get high on the job and practically pass out while doing haircuts. They NEVER fire these girls and therefore make good stylist leave. Upper management including regionals will come into the shop and talk poorly about managers in other stylist to the entire staff. When something breaks like a shampoo bowl it will take months to get fixed. No one is ever held accountable which means girls can call off all the time, show up late every day, due to drugs, getting screaming matches, refuse to take haircuts and spend the entire day outside smoking cigarettes and doing drugs and they will still have their job. This place is so toxic and ran so poorly that I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Management doesn't welcome professionalism. Great skills doesn't matter, this company shows favoritism to those that get high at work, sleep with clients, tardy, pale skinny and blonde. The male clients will request someone by looks and race not skill. Male clients come in and click on the white girls with the most provocative photos. These guys would rather have butched haircuts than to choose a stylist with skill. Apply at your own risk, worst company I've ever worked for. Lady Janes is a joke.
