Remote Options Profit Share Decent Environment

Lots of guilting over numbers. Constantly. Will say they care about your time and schedule, only to put you on mandatory overtime repeatedly. Very old-fashioned ways of thinking when it comes to mental health, physical health, and care for employees. Remote workers are seen as less than and there is clear favoritism for those in person. Would rather sink money into useless AI they aren't even sure how to use than pay their artists livable wages. Stop putting customers first all the time and learn to say no. Would only recommend a friend if they had nowhere else to go.
