Pros

I was fortunate to work with a group of people that I really enjoyed being around.

Cons

Antiquated systems and too many long-timers resistant to change, supported by those in charge unwilling to really push for improvement. Very poor communication, too much overpromising and no transparency.

Pros

Plenty of work available, regardless of your position in the Digital Print Center, and the Receiving Dept. Room for advancement.

Cons

Expect to work a lot of overtime hours. Expect to work a rotating twelve hour shift every two weeks. Not much time off for yourself if you have a big family. Upper management leaves a lot to be desired.
