      Promising Near Term Business Outlook Successful Decision and Execution of Novellus Merger Very good high level management Great teamwork and exceptional talents all accross the product groups

      Lam was a very good company to work for overall.

      Excellent pay and benefits. Great technical challenges. Fast paced environment.

      Cons

      As with many companies, office politics were over bearing. There was a great sense of a "good ol' boys club" and if you did not belong, you did not have much hope for bonus, raise, or being retained through a downturn.
