      Flexibility, responsibility to deliver, necessity of extraordinary knowledge base, competency and experience. Leadership and minimal micromanagement.

      Pros

      Smart, knowledgeable, honest, hardworking Engineers.

      Cons

      Management does not like to spend money but will spend just enough to stay competitive. Without promotion good luck getting more than a 3% raise per year; hardly enough to keep up with the rate of inflation or the expensiveness of the Bay Area. This is a company that tries to do more with less. Meaning more work for the employees with less resources and less pay.
