      Rewarded for working hard, work with diverse teams, great leadership, good benefits, good work/life balance, expanding company with a position on future market share for its industry

      Cons

      Cafe is not sufficient to handle the number of employees on the campus. On some days it can take as long as 40 minutes to get something from the grill. The cafe should double its stations to accommodate the number of growing employees

      Significant autonomy for a Product Management role. Job was heavily decision-making focused. Very diverse responsibilities kept it interesting.

      Cons

      The position is high stress, and you are thrown in with little training and aren't given the tools to succeed. The stress primarily comes from the decision making, which frequently takes you out of your comfort zone as you become the general "go-to" when others don't know whom to turn to.
