Pros
Good pay, good benefits. Nice people to work with. Friendly culture. Overall its nice experience to work at Lam Research. The fact that most of the folks are around for more than 10-20 years says that.
Cons
So far in my almost 10 years at Lam i did not find any major drawback with the company. The cyclic nature of the industry is much of a concern sometimes.
