      Okay company aside from the Tualatin manufacturing areas.

      Good benefits. It's almost impossible to get fired once you're on full time.

      Cons

      The workers at the Tualatin plant are almost 100% unhappy with their management. There is no meaningful training or planning involved in anything that is done on a daily basis, yet things are micro-managed. As a new employee you'll be left to figure it out on your own by pestering your more experienced co-workers. Your only chance of promotion out of manufacturing is to either be dispensable or find another company to work for. Once a department likes you, they won't let you advance beyond that area.

      Lam has a lot of great people to work with who are supportive and always there to help you succeed. There are many opportunities within the company to look for different roles.
