      Good vision. Good and friendly employees around. No politics among employees The software director is very good and aggressive. Lot ti learn from him

      Absolutely pathetic managers. Zero - Risk taking abilities No thought process on innovation or technology growth Managers are just here to delegate tasks They don't work. They just save their jobs Absolute shameless creatures Pathetic admin manager Restrooms stink. Public toilets are more clean Facilities are to the bare minimum. One can find rats roaming around On a US delegate visit, the facilities are improved to look better.. As soon as the visits end, the same old story.. Absolute hypocrisy

      Nice Employer with Challenging Spirits

      Pros

      A fast moving company, challenging new targets daily paid good compensation. They had good profit model of which tool prices were high, and evaluation costs were lower than thin film equipment companies. Now, I do not know about this since Novellus has joined this company.

      Cons

      They need to increase the number of SEM and CDSEM machines for a faster evaluation of their etch process tests.
