      Ownership given to Some Indian team for complete execution Good team atmosphere Free transport and lunch option makes hassle free

      Cons

      Need to follow up every time to get accessories from IT (It took months to get Addl. monitor) Need framework for new joiners to get assimilated within the system Need Product knowledge (Either visit to US labs or create lab in India) as working virtually makes things difficult For new product development, respective engineer(Contingent of engineers) can work onsite to bring down the cycle time
