Pros

It is a great company which people are very focus and commit to customer needs. Everyone are busy to deliver.

Cons

Need some focus on work life balance. Onsite gym would be nice, where we can work out during lunch or right after long day of work without travel out.

Pros

- Lam has been growing quite a lot and management has committed to reinvesting in it's technology and it's people. There should be great things ahead for the company and lots of challenges to solve - Benefits are great (no free food etc like FB/Google/start up life but still pretty good in terms of health, etc) - Profit sharing bonuses can be pretty good - Great executive leadership

Cons

- Like any big company it can be easy to get lost and feel like a cog in the wheel but if you are driven and have a good manager to support you you have certainly get notices - Work life balance can get unbalanced but that is the nature of successful companies (especially in Silicon Valley). You will probably find this anywhere you go but Lam does a good job of rewarding it's employees

Lam has a highly charged culture that is focused on quickly getting getting products to market. Benefits are top notch.

Cons

Very high pressure levels and everything is becoming a stretch goal.
