Pros

The hours, and outdoor working.

Cons

Working here you will quickly realize that the company perks only apply to the office staff and nobody in the operations staff. The operations staff (being the backbone of the company and 0 production would be done without them) is often excluded from company paid lunches, company events including going out to restaurants/bars and the overall demeanor towards the operations crew is negative and as a former employee, I felt there is strong diversity among the staff. Working here you will quickly learn that when they use the word "team" just know if you are on the operations size of the company they are most certainly not talking about you. It's sad to see that it is still going on years after I left the company.
