Pros

The only pro to the job is you spend most days in the field away from clueless management.

Cons

When you give small people authority it goes to their head. Managers at the Collinsville, IL location are egotistical maniacs. Frequently throwing temper tantrums and do not conduct themselves in a professional manner. They bow down to any superiors but treats their employees like trash. They do not have the slightest idea of how a billboard is installed because they’ve never done it, yet somehow are in charge. Stay away from this company if you don’t want to be underpaid, disrespected, threatened, and lied to.

Pros

Benefits, co-workers, competitive wage until COVID-19, travel, interesting

Cons

Management does not care; management will put themselves and the company above you no matter what; HR works with management to make sure separate managers and HR itself protect each other; management will lie to you; management will take advantage of you; management may curse at you.
