Pros

can not think of any at this point my commute to work was okay and I do enjoy some of the people I work with

Cons

No opportunities to move up or increase $'s total favoritism and a lack of respect for employees No training the sink or swim theory man driven company

Pros

Committed to helping you do well in your position. Treats employee's well good work life balance overall. Very family oriented company.

Cons

Not that much room for growth, people tend to stay in their positions for a lonnnnnngggg time. Due to a low turn over rate, it is hard to have your bosses position since he never leaves. However, they do train you to take his seat eventually if you choose to stay that long.

- Gain sales experience - Forces you to cold call - Understand agency/client relationship - Team work/office atmosphere - Learn CPM and other insight into advertising industry

Cons

- Throw you to the wolves mentality aka no formal training - Management is the highest producer, not necessarily cut for management - AE turn-over rate is through the roof aka you are cold calling a lot of the same clients as the previous employee in your position
